The next IIOM Members meeting is kindly sponsored by Rochester Electronics. The meeting will take place on Tuesday 19th June 2018 at RAF Museum Cosford, Lysander Ave, Cosford, Shifnal TF11 8UP. The meeting will begin at 9.30 am and finish at around 3.45 pm.
Rochester Electronics have also kindly organised a tour of the museum during the afternoon on Monday 18th June 2018. The afternoon will begin at 2.30 pm with tea/coffee followed by a two hour guided tour of the museum. Pre-registration for this event is essential, early booking is recommended. The evening networking event will take place at the Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge on Monday 18th June at 19.30 hrs. This event will be a BBQ food themed evening with food served in the conservatory and terrace (weather depending). The food will be buffet style so no pre-ordering is required on this occasion. This will be a slightly different format to previously giving people the ability to move around and network more freely. The cost of attending this event is included in the accommodation rate below, non-residents can pay to attend the networking event only at the cost of £25.
We have an allocation of bedrooms at the Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge, full details can be seen in the accommodation section lower down the page.

STEP 1 - Register on IIOM Website

Registration for IIOM Members - please register yourself, register as shown in items 1 - 8 below:
1. Sign in *
2. Click on News/Events tab
3. Click on Events
4. Select the Members meeting
5. Click on Register Myself
6. Please advise of any special dietary requirement/allergies and confirm if you are happy for photos taken at event to be used for promotional purposes , then save responses
7. Scroll down to the programme and select the programme items you will be attending
8. If you wish to attend the Museum tour on Monday 18th please make sure you have selected this option as pre-booking is essential

You will not receive a confirmation email, you can view your registration at any time by signing into the site and viewing the event page.
STEP 2 - Accommodation & Networking BBQ
Accommodation - book by 23rd April
We have organised an allocation of bedrooms at the Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge, The International Centre, St Quentin Gate, Telford TF3 4EH. The cost of accommodation is £110, this includes bed, breakfast and food at the networking event in the evening. Please note that the hotel will release all unsold rooms on our allocation on 23rd April, they will not be reserving any bedrooms after this date, however if they have availability after this date will honour the rate. The hotel is approximately a 10 - 15 minute drive from the RAF Museum Cosford where the meeting will be held.
Booking your Accommodation with BBQ Themed food buffet
Please call reservations on 01952 527000 selecting option 1 for reservations quoting IIOM Rate or email [email protected]. State that you would like to book for one night at the Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge on Monday 18th June on a Dinner, bed and breakfast rate , quoting IIOM Rate (£110). You will need to provide your credit card details and contact details to secure your booking. Please note that the hotel have a 7 day cancellation policy, rooms cancelled after 10th June will be charged in full.
Non Residents - Networking event attendance only
If you are not resident at the hotel the cost of attending is £25. To book in for the networking event with the hotel please call 01952 527000 and say you are booking for the IIOM evening BBQ only.
